Auto Trim of Eau Claire

Good Customer Service. Just brought my new car in for PPF. I was not happy with the install on the low front bumper. I chatted with Brandon and he came up with a satisfactory solution and fixed the issue. I appreciate his willingness to work with me! Angie Walter

Paint protection film is holding up perfect after a year of use. My jacket zipper hasn't even worn at it, and they weren't kidding when they said it was self healing. If a scratch hits the PPF, the heat from the sun and engine moulds the plastic back into a perfect film.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this shop has left me no choice. As a business owner in the automotive industry, I take pride in the quality of work we deliver to our customers, which is why I expected the same level of professionalism when I entrusted this shop with installing PPF on a fully restored truck. Unfortunately, the results were far from acceptable. The cuts were poorly executed, the coverage was incomplete, and, most concerningly, they cut into the paint—despite assuring me they would only use scissors. Additionally, they claimed to follow industry standards by only cutting rounded corners, yet the pictures clearly show otherwise. Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, I allowed them the opportunity to redo the work. However, upon picking up the truck, I was met not with professionalism or accountability, but with an attempt to shift blame onto me for their own subpar craftsmanship. At that point, it became clear that this was not a business that stands behind its work or values its customers. From one business to another, integrity and attention to detail matter. If you are considering this shop for PPF installation, I strongly advise

Used Auto Trim for years spent thousands of dollars there had a few issues but usually talked them into collecting it this is the straw that broke the camels back brand new $80,000 vehicle with 1000 miles on it when I brought it to them they insisted they could make it look even better than factory with their ceramic coating when I got the vehicle back it had bubbles in it and clearly could see a piece of their towel underneath the ceramic coat and Jerry the owner tried telling me that was like that from the factory!! Very very frustrated when you bring them a new vehicle and they charge you 1000 dollars and now I need to take it somewhere else and have it corrected. Then to end the conversation he tells me I think you’re too picky for my work…. They are the ones saying we need to paint correct new vehicles and they leave here nicer then they roll off the show room floor. They also ceramic coated over a scratch in my last truck and after several trips back they finally corrected that one….

Great service and excellent work. I have had two cars tinted here and recently got my remote start installed and they have done great work every time.
